Okay started back to work. New school. Feels like I am a new teacher again. Ugh....
Tri training and work do not mix so well for the past two weeks.
Riding 100 miles this weekend and running 20. Maggie my friend some how talked me into this Ironman in Nov. What was I thinking?? I must of not been thinking on that day. Okay maybe that day I was thinking and that was what happened.

It is the hottest summer in Austin Texas ever recorded in the ATX and here we go training for this thing they call Ironman in 60 plus days of over 100 degrees with no rain.

Okay I am ready to race now...

Okay, this blog thing is a bit crazy.
Did my first Crit race today. It was fun,hot and fast.
I won though and that was cool.
You go around and around really fast on your bike and then you try to pass people.
I am done typing.
